Why join the Friends? Across the
country, Friends groups support libraries in ways that keep the
institutions special, and Westport's Friends group is a prime example.
From sponsoring lectures, concerts and programs for children to
assisting the Library through volunteer efforts and special purchases,
Westport's Friends have been there for over 50 years.
The "new" Westport Public Library is better than ever,
but we need your support. What will you get in return? Invitations
to special membership-only events. Coupons with your membership to receive discounts at the
Library Store, the As You Like It Cafe, or daily book sale
shelves. In addition, you will receive special mailings to keep
you updated on upcoming events.
