Bedtime Stories: An Evening of Stories and Family Fun with We Rise Storytelling Collective

Friday, Nov 30, 2018 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Traditionally, bedtime stories are stories that uplift and inspire, that offer lessons learned, and battles fought and won… stories that encourage the passing on of values and truth, as they strengthen the bond between adult and child.

In that spirit of inspiration and connection, We Rise Storytelling Collective presents “Bedtime Stories: an Evening of Stories and Family Fun" in support of The Pajama Program, a non-profit committed to creating peaceful nights and hopeful days by providing bedtime books and pajamas for underprivileged children around the world.

The evening kicks off at 6:15 pm with an interactive family story-crafting workshop hosted by parent and child authors, followed by storytelling at 7 pm with members of We Rise: Storytelling Collective, sharing 5 minute true tales on the theme of Bedtime Stories. Come to listen or try your hand at sharing a Bedtime Story of your own!

This is an ALL AGES, family-friendly event! Pajama attire is encouraged for both adults and kids!
