Abby Siegel, a College Entrance Consultant and founder of Abby Siegel & Associates, leads this interactive workshop for parents and students. Learn how the complex roles of test scores, grades, extracurricular activities, and personal circumstances can play into an admissions decision. You will walk away with the best strategy to plan your high school curriculum, learn the difference between Early Decision vs. Early Action vs. Regular Decision, and learn how to be strategic when applying to college. Space is limited; please register online.

Abby Siegel, a College Entrance Consultant and former school-based college and guidance counselor, formed Abby Siegel & Associates in September 2006. Abby Siegel & Associates offers up-to-date college admissions counseling for the college-bound student. Applying to college can be overwhelming, but their main focus is to make the process exciting and fun. The primary goal at hand is to find the colleges that are the right "fit" so students have a successful and rewarding post-secondary experience.

The Westport Library strives to help students meet their goals as they prepare for college. This series, Countdown to College, aims to provide resources for students and parents to help students to prepare academically, socially and emotionally for college.
