The Empty Nest: From Blues to Blueprints

Thursday, Jun 1, 2017 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Life coach Mica Diamond discusses the transition to the empty nest and how to not only survive but thrive as the children leave home. Hear how to create blueprints for:
• the evolving relationship with your young adult children
• your intimate relationship with your spouse/partner or your single life/dating
• your career—do you want to throttle it up or down or perhaps do something completely new?
• your relationship with YOU—putting yourself back at the center of your own life
Learn how to fill your empty nest with intention, rather than by default by using strategies and exercises to make a plan and take action to design your empty nest.

Mica Diamond is a Professional Life Coach working with individuals, families, groups and organizations to help them create the life they desire. Topics include transitioning to the empty nest, finding balance in your life, health & wellness, career transition, parenting and relationships. Mica received an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University and is certified as a Life Coach by iPEC, the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
