beth hollandBeth Holland, a certified instructor in chair yoga, a gentle method of yoga and fitness which tones the body and reduces stress. In chair yoga, a chair replaces the traditional yoga mat; all movements are performed while sitting and just about any pose that can be done standing, sitting or lying on a mat can be adapted to sitting on a chair. Beth has practiced yoga and numerous methods of physical fitness for decades and fell in love with the concept of chair yoga when her own body was challenged with knee issues.
