10 am-noon: Regional author’s breakfast, featuring Nina Sankovitch, Charlotte Rogan, Fiona Davis, Abby Fabiaschi, Heather Frimmer, Meredith Schorr, Lynda Cohen Loigman, Alisyn Camerota, Jamie Brenner, Marilyn Simon Rothstein and Julie Sarkissian

Join an exciting panel of Connecticut authors for an informal roundtable breakfast. First, in small groups, get up close and personal with our authors about their inspirations and writing lives. Then, in a larger group roundtable, our authors will share stories and wisdom about the writing life.

11 am: The Future of Genre featuring Alcy Leyva, Matthew Binder, Hunter Shea, Chavisa Woods
What’s on the horizon for the future of genre? These four exciting genre writers discuss what’s to come.

Noon: WNET presents Sunday’s keynote with National Book Award finalist Ibi Zoboi, author of American Street

1 pm: CT Public Television: Panel conversation with the 2017 winners of the Connecticut Book Award.

2 pm: Announcement of the 2018 Connecticut Book Awards, presented by the CT Center for the Book with a reception to follow. Okey Ndibe, 2017 winnner, will give the keynote address. Register for tickets, $20.

3-5 pm: Peter Blauner and Andrew Gross in Conversation
Two bestselling thriller writers engage in a conversation about the genre, their work, and why genre work still thrills audiences. 

4 pm: Thriller Panel with Lynne Constantine, Riley Sager, Wendy Walker, Kate Moretti and Cristina Alger
An incredible panel of some of today’s top thriller and mystery writers will discuss their work in the genre, the power of the female voice in the genre, and what’s to come.

6 pm: Screening of Jaws
