Nick Propper gives an overview session for all ages designed to help define different types of stress and to learn how to respond to stress productively and build greater levels of resilience. We all want to perform and be our best when it matters most – in work and life. Yet in today’s stress-filled, 24/7 world, we can feel unfocused, unmotivated and depleted. Imagine if it could be different. What if we could strategically leverage stress to help us to perform at our best in all areas of our lives?

Nick Propper is the Global Chief Operating Officer and leader of the Human Performance Unit at Porter Novelli, an international communications agency. An accredited coach with the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute, Nick brings unparalleled, research backed training in the areas of Resilience and Energy Management to his employees and clients. Nick has worked for Emanate, Ketchum of London and Marks & Spencer. He is also an accomplished sportsman, played Rugby in university before going on to compete in several triathlon and Ironman distance multisport events. Nick is also a trustee of Tri For Life, a UK based charity triathlon event.
