Family Special With Animal Embassy

Saturday, Jul 8, 2017 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

ANIMAL EMBASSY presents...

Building a Better World with Nature’s Architects

for Summer Readers & Families
Saturday, July 8
10:30-11:30am
McManus Room

Explore architectural feats of animals that build complicated structures such as nests, burrows, webs and dams. Structures created by some animals can help others to survive, just as we can help our wild neighbors by building bird boxes, frog ponds and more.

Let's learn how we can build a better world together!

Live guest animals may include:
a ferret, a tortoise, a Monk Parakeet, a Mandarin Duck, a tarantula, an Argentinean Horned Frog and an African Hedgehog

For elementary school kids & their families - just drop by the McManus Room on the first floor @10:30-11:30am.
