School-public library cooperation is important. We encourage you to
take advantage of the materials and services that we provide.
Assignment Alert
When you assign work to your students that involves library research, we do our best to assist them. By notifying us about assignments, you will enable us to set aside the needed materials. We will also post suggestions for research on the Assignment Alert page on our website.
Displays
The library welcomes ideas for displays that might be of interest to young people. Email mcampbell@westportlibrary.org.
If We Don't Have It Someone Will...
If the library does not own the materials you need, we can borrow them from another library. Advance notice is needed for the interlibrary loan process. Call (203) 291-4840 or email at ref@westportlibrary.org.
Tours for Teachers / Class Visits
Call or stop by to arrange a tour for you or your group. Classes are welcome to visit the library for an orientation and tour. Call 291-4811 or email klyons@westportlibrary.org.
