JSTOR is a comprehensive digital library that provides access to over 12 million academic journal articles, books, and primary sources across 75 disciplines. Founded in 1995, JSTOR offers full-text searches of nearly 2,000 journals, with content from more than 900 publishers. This valuable resource covers a wide range of subjects in the humanities, social sciences, and sciences, making it essential for researchers, students, and academics. JSTOR's user-friendly interface allows for easy navigation and advanced search options, while its archive of scholarly literature dates back centuries. With features like data for research, plant science resources, and the recently added Books at JSTOR program, this platform continues to evolve, supporting diverse research needs and fostering academic exploration across multiple fields.

Ancestry Library Edition, distributed exclusively by ProQuest and powered by Ancestry.com, provides users with an extensive collection of genealogical and historical records from North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and beyond. With over 7,000 databases containing census data, vital records, directories, photos, and more, it's an essential resource for genealogists, historians, and family history enthusiasts. The platform features an intuitive search interface, detailed search indexes, and a helpful Learning Center. Key collections include U.S. federal and state censuses, Canadian vital records, UK censuses, international records, and military collections. While it lacks some personalization tools available in the consumer version of Ancestry.com, such as family tree creation and DNA testing, Ancestry Library Edition remains a powerful tool for libraries serving patrons interested in uncovering their family history and exploring historical records.
