While nearly every interaction involves some kind of negotiation, women still negotiate far less than their male counterparts (and are still only paid 82 cents on the dollar as compared to men!), whether due to societal conditioning or a culture that treats assertive women as “difficult” or “pushy." This 90-minute workshop will introduce practical, effective, and confidence-boosting skills and strategies that you can take into any negotiation setting. The speakers are: Margie Jacobson, Attorney; Galia Gichon, Independent Financial Expert; and Michelle Didner, Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher.
