Cookbook Club: Alternative Sugar Baking

Christina Mattinson of The Old Mill Market and Dough & Co. will share ways to use sweetness from sources other than white processed sugar and demonstrate an easy recipe. Bring your baking questions!

Christina is the founder of Dough & Co., a wholesale business that distributes cookies, scones and brownies to retailers in CT and NY and the Old Mill Market & Cafe in Georgetown, CT.
