This group will meet weekly to engage young adolescents in a social learning process. Content covered will include classes within these curriculum areas: STEAM, literature via the method of a socially interactive book club that promotes high level discourse, math problem solving and academic organizational skills. Classes will encourage academic risk taking, social discourse and student independence in the academic process.
Each class is a blended learning platform, offering the option of in-person or virtual learning. Please select ticket options carefully. The waitlist option is for the in-person class, so if tickets are sold out for the virtual option, please email Mary Parmelee at [email protected] so she can place you on a waitlist for the virtual class.
