- Train in evidence-based mind-body tools shown to reduce stress and foster well-being
- Design a personalized plan for supporting resilience beyond the program

About the Instructor
Janna Delgado, E-RYT 1000, a graduate of the Kripalu Schools of Yoga and Ayurveda, is a seasoned facilitator with more than 20 years’ experience. A Lead Faculty at Kripalu, she creates curriculum and spearheads professional-development trainings for educators, law-enforcement professionals, and social service agencies. Her areas of expertise include teaching trauma-sensitivity, fostering stress-resilience, and offering yoga in public school settings.
Janna is known for her dynamic approach to teaching, infused with humor and heart. She is personally committed to making a difference in the lives of her students and clients by offering them empowering tools to optimize their vitality, resilience, and overall well-being. She is also a lead trainer for RISE™, Kripalu’s signature evidence-based program, and a curriculum developer for the Kripalu Yoga in the Schools program.
