Smart Strategies for Weight Loss and Wellness

Maintaining a healthy weight can have significant health benefits including a positive impact on your mobility and musculoskeletal health. In fact, every pound of extra weight adds four additional pounds of force to your knee joints, so losing extra weight can help to alleviate stress on your joints. Join us as we hear from our weight management and weight loss specialist to discover why it can be so difficult to lose weight and explore effective strategies for healthy weight loss.  After the livestream program, join Dr. Nicholas Sgrignoli, a Primary Care Sports Medicine physician, who will speak to the role of weight control in our musculoskeletal health.
