Wanjiku "Wawa" Gatheru, a 21-year-old environmental justice advocate and founder of Black Girl Environmentalist will discuss the important intersection of social and environmental justice.
Wawa is a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut and the first Black person in history to receive the Rhodes, Truman, and Udall scholarships. She will be joining us from Oxford, England.
