His guest this week is Lonnie Quinn, Emmy Award-winning chief weathercaster for CBS News New York and one of the most recognizable faces in local broadcasting. Since joining CBS in 2007, Quinn has earned 14 Emmy Awards for Best Weather Anchor, becoming known for his energetic delivery, approachable explanations, and trusted coverage of major weather events. Before transitioning into meteorology, Quinn worked as an actor on ABC’s 'All My Children' and NBC’s 'Santa Barbara,' experiences that helped shape the charismatic on-air style viewers know today. A Westport resident, Quinn is also an accomplished pilot, endurance athlete, and active supporter of the Westport Downtown Association, regularly participating in community and charitable events throughout town.
