Executive Assistant

A successful candidate for the role of Executive Administrative Assistant will be a self-starting, motivated, and efficient individual, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Library Monitors, Part-Time

An essential role on the Development team, the Development Associate performs all operational processes to manage the Library’s donor relationships. Reporting directly to the Chief Development and Marketing Communications Officer,

Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will work as part of the Library’s creative marketing team and will act as the in-house coordinator overseeing editorial content and broadcast emails aimed at increasing awareness of and attendance at the Library’s over 1,200 programs per year.

Children's Librarian

The Westport Library is seeking an energetic and creative individual to provide library services for children birth through grade 8.

Career Coaching at The Westport Library

The Westport Library offers career coaching support to members of the community who are exploring career opportunities, actively looking for a job, or looking for additional part-time employment. Services include: resume writing, career assessment and planning, interview skills training, job search strategies, networking skills, goal setting, and workshops and trainings. Click here for more.
