The Westport Library is excited to offer ongoing training classes for a diverse range of computer programs and social media skills. Dubbed the "Anyone Can Use ..." series, classes take place on most Fridays in the McCall Room.
Tech Help and Training
Stop by for drop-in Tech Help, which occurs twice a week. Tech staff and savvy interns will be waiting at a table in the Forum. We also offer once-a-week classes on how to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word 2013 and Microsoft Excel 2013, as well as introductions to social media tools such as Twitter.
The Scan Station offers faster, easier scanning of photos and multiple pages with a plethora of options to save and/or send files. Images can be scanned in high resolution in either black-and-white or color and saved as jpeg, pdf, Word or html files.
The Library has electrical outlets and USB charging ports on all three levels located at most of the modular tables and reading areas.
