The Westport Library Association is a registered 501(c)3 organization. Contributions are fully deductible under federal tax regulations. The Westport Library accepts online donations using major credit cards. Your online transactions are safe and secure. The Library does not share donor information. The Westport Library is eligible for corporate matching grants.

The Annual Fund supports the programs, materials, and services that keep the Library at the center of the community’s intellectual life. Gifts at all levels are welcome. Your participation in the Annual Fund helps the Library to serve our patrons with over 2,000 programs and special events each year. The Annual Fund also helps us renew our book collections and online databases; run innovative children’s and teen programs, and provide patrons with the newest and best technologies.

Honor someone with a gift to the Library. Tribute gifts may be made for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions. Gifts in memory of loved ones are also fitting tributes. Books or other materials may be designated, and the Library will provide acknowledgment to the honoree or family of the honoree.

You can provide for a future gift to the Library now by including a bequest provision in your will or revocable trust. If you let us know of your plans, we'd like to include you in the Morris Jesup Society which recognizes those who have included the Library in their estate plans.
