Westport’s own Dan Woog brings his popular blog “06880: Where Westport Meets the World” to life, via the Verso Studios at The Westport Library – recorded LIVE in the Trefz Forum! On Monday, July 10, watch his interview with Wynston Browne, a rising Staples High School junior. Diagnosed with non-speaking autism, he was long thought to be intellectually disabled. However, using first a spelling board and now a QWERTY keyboard, he has made astonishing progress over the past year. He has demonstrated great intellectual gifts and dreams of being a neuroscientist to help other people like him. He lives in Westport with his parents, David Browne and Lynda Kommel-Browne, and four siblings.
