The Library offers meeting rooms for single use or for small groups, conference rooms for larger groups and event spaces.
Meetings Rooms on the first floor are free of charge and can be reserved up to 48 hours in advance, with a limit of 1 per day and a maximum of 1.5 hours.
The Board Room (210) and McCall (216) may be reserved up to one month in advance, with a 4 hour limit. Each room is $50 per hour for Westport residents and organizations (all nonprofits free). All others are $100 per hour.
Conference Rooms (211, 212, 213, 215) may be reserved up to one week in advance, for a limit of 2 hours. These rooms are $25 per hour for Westport residents and organizations (all nonprofits free). All others are $50 per hour.
Brooks Place and Komansky Room are $100 per hour for Westport residents and organizations. $150 for all others. (Note: These are not free for non-profits).
Patrons cannot make more than one reservation at a time and only one per day.
Patrons are limited to 10 reservations a year.
When booking a conference room for a meeting, please inform all attendees which room you have reserved.
While we will be implementing additional cleaning protocols in all rooms, we request you wipe down your table after use.

Hours: Mon-Saturday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday 9:00 - 4:30 and Sunday 1:00-4:30.
