All About Axolotls

Event Details
Join us for a trip back to the future of Aztec culture, where the amazing axolotl, an amphibian in the salamander family, was first discovered. In this program hosted by the Amphibian Reptile Center, we'll explore everything axolotl, from pet care to family responsibilities, to ancient findings and modern research, with fun facts galore — including all the different ways axolotls breathe!
This program is aimed for kids in Grades K-5, but all ages are welcome. Registration is required.
About the Amphibian Reptile Center
The Amphibian Reptile Center (ARC) is an educational platform for people of all ages to learn about caring for amphibians and reptiles. By teaching people of all ages the importance of proper husbandry, ARC aims to give a voice to those without one. Be the change you want to see.
