Andrew Wilk Presents The Westport Library Medical Series: Prostate Cancer

Event Details
The Westport Library and Andrew Wilk are pleased to continue the 2025 Westport Library Medical Series. This series is an opportunity for the community to learn about important medical issues, aiming to provide both practical and thought-provoking information that can help individuals navigate the complex world of medicine.
Dr. Robert Altbaum, a longtime Westport internist, will moderate the sessions and introduce experts in the fields under discussion. Each discussion will provide a general review as well as state of the art updates on the topic. There will always be time provided for questions from the audience. We hope it provides both practical and thought-provoking information that can help individuals navigate the complex world of medicine.
On November 17, Dr. Robert Altbaum and Dr. Johnathan Graham will review the two most common and concerning urological diseases in men.
Dr. Altbaum will focus on Benign Prostate Enlargement. Emphasis will be on diagnosis and the increasing options for both medical and surgical therapies.
Dr. Graham, a practicing board certified urologist, will then review the exciting state of the art in diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.
Together, both discussions will last approximately 90 minutes, leaving time for Q&A.
