In partnership with The Connecticut Working Group for Endometriosis, join us for a special screening and panel discussion of the acclaimed documentary, Below the Belt.
From Shannon Cohn, the director of Endo What?, and executive produced by Hillary Clinton, Rosario Dawson, and Corinne Foxx, Below the Belt exposes widespread problems in our healthcare systems that disproportionately affect women. From societal taboos and gender bias to misinformed doctors and financial barriers to care, the film reveals how millions are silenced and how, by fighting back, we can improve healthcare for everyone.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A.
