Event Details
Parents and caregivers of young children are warmly invited to join us for a special event celebrating the exciting programs and resources available for our youngest learners at the Westport Library ... and learn how you can help make these programs possible for every family in Westport.
Bring your little ones along for a fun, welcoming morning designed especially for families with young children! Light refreshments will be served.

Why You Should Come
Come explore how the Library supports early literacy, creativity, and curiosity through storytimes, hands-on activities, music, learning programs, and more. During the event, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Meet our wonderful Children’s Library staff
- Learn about upcoming programs for babies, toddlers, and young children
- Experience sample activities and storytime moments
- Discover resources designed to support learning at home
Whether you’re a longtime library family or new to the community, this is a wonderful chance to see how the Library can be a joyful part of your child’s early years. Last year, our Children's Department served over 16,800 children and families through no-cost programs.
