Language Conversation Group: German
The Westport Library's German conversation group meetings are held the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 10:30 am to 12 pm in The Board Room (210).
This is a conversation group rather than a language class — there are no textbooks, homework, or formal lessons. Participants engage in unscripted discussions in German on a variety of topics. The group welcomes anyone interested in German conversation; however, a strong level of listening comprehension is recommended for a more enriching experience. This meeting is not suited for complete beginners.
