Mini Moguls Marketplace
Event Details
Calling all young entrepreneurs! Come showcase your creativity and business skills at the Mini Moguls Marketplace. Sell your products, meet other young business owners, and gain valuable financial and entrepreneurial experience!
Entrepreneurs must be in grades 5-8, but families are welcome to attend as customers.
Participants will:
- Run their own "business" by selling a product (handmade items or gently used toys, books, games — No food please!)
- Create a poster explaining their product, pricing, and marketing strategy
- Learn valuable financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills!
After the participants have had a chance to present their products and posters, there will be a special guest speaker who will share expert information on financial literacy.
Why You Should Come
More than a pop-up shop, this event serves as a hands-on introduction to entrepreneurship. Young entrepreneurs will get the chance to empower each other and turn their ideas into real-world experiences by running their own businesses, making decisions about pricing and marketing, and connecting with customers.
