Join dating mindset coach Kerstin Rao for a lively hour discussion on dating strategies for the new year. We will focus on the inner work necessary to have a satisfying and, dare we say it, enjoyable (!) time seeking the right partner for you.
Kerstin will start by sharing her own midlife dating story then offer a few key dating mindset tips. Participants will receive an exercise to uplift their own dating mindset, and there will be time at the end for Q&A.

Kerstin Rao's mission is to spread creativity and joy, whether through her art and stationery business, Vivid Cottage, or through her coaching service, Curate Your Mate. For 22 years, Kerstin was a teacher with the Westport schools and is forever proud of all her former students. She and her husband Vijay live in a cozy cape in Westport, nurturing a garden of native plants and loads of local friendships.
