Pink or Treat: Snickerdoodle’s Howl-o-ween!
Event Details
Get ready for our annual Pink or Treat celebration with award-winning Pinkalicious author Victoria Kann, who will join us in the Trefz Forum to read her new book, Snickerdoodle!
Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy a festive afternoon filled with stories, giveaways, and plenty of four-legged fun. After the story, we’ll parade through the Library before heading outside for trick-or-treating on the Green. On the Green, our friends at Westport Animal Shelters Advocates (WASA) will join us. You can bring items from their wish list to donate so our four-legged friends can also enjoy the celebration. Bring your Pinkalicious spirit and get ready for a tail-wagging good time!
Email us your favorite photo of your dog dressed in costume, and they could be featured in a slideshow celebrating all of our community’s cutest, funniest, and most creative costumed canines. Since we can’t bring every dog to the Library for a costume contest, this is the next best thing. We want to see them all!
Books will be available for purchase and signing the day of the event. Please register each family (up to six members).
Pre-signed books are also available for separate purchase and do not count as registration.
