Signing Basics: ASL Basics for Beginners Series - Part 1
Signing Basics is coming to The Westport Library!
Join us for 4-45 minute virtual classes (Tuesdays 4/5, 4/12, 4/19, 4/26 ), taught by a live sign language instructor! Over the course of the 4 weeks, you will learn how to sign words and basic phrases. In addition, you will learn new vocabulary at each session to increase your signing skills.
This course is virtual and limited to 20 participants. Please plan on committing to all 4 sessions of the series.

Greetings

Foods and Snacks
ASL Negations and Affirmations
Basic ASL Sentence Structure that brings together the words you learn during class
Handouts are included and incorporate videos of instructors signing the vocabulary you will learn during class.
