Drew Heilpern, Summit Educational Group
Drew graduated cum laude from Duke University with a dual degree in Biology and Elementary Education. After teaching middle school science in North Carolina, Drew returned to Massachusetts for graduate school where he earned his Ph.D. in Immunology from Tufts University. After receiving the Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) from the National Institute of Health, Drew began his postdoctoral fellowship for the study of Lyme disease. Soon after, Drew began tutoring for Summit where his passion as an educator quickly made him one of Summit's most requested tutors. His passion for tutoring students and helping families navigate the standardized testing landscape led him to a full-time position with Summit, where he is currently Summit’s Brand Ambassador.
