Summer Learning Clubs: Fashion Lab: Style Through the Decades (Grades 1-2)
This is a two-day program that takes place on August 10 & 11. One ticket per attendee covers both days.
Class Details
Could you imagine wearing a dress made of paper or a hat made of feathers? Step into a fashion time machine to explore how clothes have changed over the last 100 years. In this hands-on studio, students will create their own designs, experiment with a variety of materials, and construct upcycled outfits.
Important Information about Summer Learning Clubs
Sessions are grouped by grade levels: Grades 1-2 and Grades 3-5, with the grade level determined by the grade the student is entering in Fall 2026. Students entering Grades 6-8 are invited to join our SLC Pro Series.
Because we are able to admit a limited number of students, you will be charged a deposit of $25 upon registration. Your deposit will be refunded less credit card processing fees upon attendance at both days of class or notification of inability to attend sent to [email protected] or 203-291-4810 by 9 am on Monday, August 3.
