Meet our Speakers

Joe McCaffrey is a Business Advisor with Community Investment Corporation, which is
a not-for-profit, economic development lender, licensed by the Small Business
Administration to administer their lending programs. Joe is also a certified business
mentor with Fairfield County SCORE. Joe is a subject matter expert in commercial real
estate and small business financing.

Matthew Krieger is a technologist and executive with experience in IT, manufacturing
and publishing. Matthew is also the Founder of Whysper, an audio aggregation
platform allowing the consumption of text content as high quality text-to-speech. He
is VP of Tech at Cober, an industrial heating equipment manufacturer, and previously
held senior IT leadership positions at Time and The Reader’s Digest. Matthew is
Chairman of the Reader’s Digest Partners for Sight Foundation, a non-profit providing
funding in support of blind and visually impaired individuals. Matthew is on the
advisory board of Cyber-Seniors, a non-profit that aims to increase the technology
knowledge and independence of the senior population and is Chair of the Southern
Connecticut State University Computer Science Technical Advisory Committee.
Matthew frequently presents on topics of business and tech.

Diane Winston is a business strategist with over 25 years of corporate and consulting
experience. She established her management consulting firm, Winston Strategic
Partners, to provide communication strategies to organizations facing change. Before
establishing the firm, Diane spent 20 years in executive positions with Citibank and
AXA Equitable. She is also a volunteer with SCORE Fairfield County and frequent
workshop speaker.…

Bob Zukowski has been involved in international sales, marketing and strategic
planning for over 26 years. His career ranged from large corporations to his own
startups. Over the past 12 years Bob has been a hands-on entrepreneur involved with
3 startups.
