Sip and celebrate America's 250th birthday with illustrator, author, and advanced cicerone (person with an expert-level designation for beer professionals) Em Sauter, will give an illustrated presentation discussing the role of beer and brewing in American history. From the Pilgrims landing on Plymouth Rock, to the modern craft brewery movement and the beers we love today, beer has been woven through the fabric of American history.

Beer samples from Fox Farm Brewery will be served. This workshop is offered for patrons 21 and over.
