Class Details
Thursday, February 26, 6:30-7:30 pm (Komansky Room)
Whether you’re navigating a life transition yourself or simply want to better support a friend or family member, this one-hour informative session offers a clear introduction to the essentials of family law. Led by family law attorney Carole Orland, the program covers the full spectrum of family law: prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, child custody and parenting plans, alimony and child support, college expenses, asset valuation, relocation issues, modification and contempt, and mediation and litigation.
Designed to be informative, this session provides practical tools, real-world examples, and answers to the questions people often hesitate to ask. A Q&A will follow for those who’d like to learn more or explore specific scenarios.
