Event Details

Get ready to view history through the lens of America’s most beloved dish: macaroni and cheese! Join culinary historian Karima Moyer-Nocchi for insights from her book, The Epic History of Macaroni and Cheese from Ancient Rome to Modern America, tracing the dish’s story across centuries of colonization, migration, labor, industry, race, class, and identity.

The event begins at Capuli restaurant, where mac and cheese and a thoughtfully paired white wine will be served, followed by a curator-led tour at the Westport Museum for History and Culture.

A registration fee of $20 includes food, wine, and tour.
