Every Tuesday, Library staff and assistants will be on hand in the Trefz Forum to provide in-person support for accessing our digital resources. Our tech assistants are available to help you download our digital collections onto your devices.
Please note that these sessions are specifically intended to assist patrons with downloading digital collections and do not cover personal computers and other device repairs.
During these sessions, our team will guide you through navigating platforms such as Hoopla, cloudLibrary, Freading, Freegal, Flipster, Kanopy, and more. You will also learn how to print from your device to the Library’s printing management system.
