Event Details

Hear from your newly elected Westport leadership at the State of the Town address, featuring First Selectman Kevin Christie and Board of Education member Abby Tolan. This event will be held at The Westport Library and available for remote viewing via livestream.

This event is free and open to all.

The State of the Town is a joint initiative of Westport Sunrise Rotary and the Westport Rotary Club.

About Abby Tolan

As a former educator, a parent of twin boys who just graduated from Staples, an advocate for all kids, and a member of the Board of Education, Abby Tolan never stops learning. She actively follows best practices in reading instruction that have led to successful advocacy on the Board for a state-of-the-art reading curriculum. Tolan aims to always listen, learn, and strive to bring people together around the best solutions for students and teachers.
