Have you ever wondered what happens at the end of life? How to arrange care for a loved one or yourself? Join us for a panel discussion where speakers will discuss what dying can look like, how to have important conversations, an overview of palliative care and hospice, and where these services are provided.

Panelists include Dr. Michael DeVita, director of palliative care services at Harlem Hospital Medical Center, Dr. Donna Coletti, palliative care physician in private practice, scholar in residence at Egan School of Health Studies at Fairfield University, and Deborah Moeller, RNCS, director of hospice and palliative care, Constellation Health Services. The discussion will be facilitated by Julia Portale, executive director of Fairfield County House.
