Westport’s own Dan Woog brings his popular blog “06880: Where Westport Meets the World” to life, via the Verso Studios at the Westport Library – recorded LIVE in the Trefz Forum!
On Monday, August 8th at Noon, Dan is in conversation with Liz Milwe, an active member of the Westport Community who has served on the RTM for over ten years.
Liz is currently Co-Chair of Wakeman Town Farm in Westport, an educational and sustainability center, She is a dedicated environmental advocate who helped lead Westport's plastic bag ban which resulted in a successful and much-copied Statewide ban, and helped spark the discourse on reusable bags. 
Liz Milwe grew up in Westport and has a long career as a dancer/choreographer. She taught at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and Sarah Lawrence College's Theatre Department, and also choreographed for film, television, and theater.
