SENIOR DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

The Westport Library is in beautiful downtown Westport, CT is recruiting for a Senior Development Analyst reporting to the Development Director, to lead the overall strategy and management of our Development database, website, and other technologies that support fundraising and development operations. If you have a passion for data and its integrity and managing databases and are fully proficient with Microsoft Excel, pivot charts, and tables and have CRM experience specifically for fundraising and/or sales, preferably using Raisers Edge or similar platform, and have experience with data visualization tools for reporting and dashboard creation then this may be your dream job.

Key responsibilities include developing an analytics strategy and schedule for reporting for Leadership, with the goal of focusing efforts on fundraising goals, opportunities, outcomes, and trends to enhance department-level decision-making, planning, and feasibility assessments; developing, maintaining, and refreshing standard operating procedures for CRM usage, requests, research, record-keeping, and other development services; conduct prospect research, wealth screening, and using other information-gathering tools; and supporting events.
