After many years in corporate America, she switched paths and became certified with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, and gut health. Leigh conducts workshops on nutrition and healthy cooking and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to individuals, groups, and families.
