Join marketing expert, philanthropist, and musician Rob Fried for a FREE workshop, well-timed for the New Year. In this session, he lays out a process by which we can examine our values, plans, and next steps to see whether they are aligned or not, and provides tools for refocusing on what is most important to us.

The workshop will meet on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 2 to 3 pm in Brooks Place.

We are all inundated with stimulation trying to grab our attention across all our media devices, resulting in a challenge for most of us, mental health issues for some, and an underlying crisis in meaning for others. The choices we make regarding what we respond to and how we respond, if not filtered carefully, reduce our effectiveness and our health, which impacts many things including personal satisfaction, relationships and lifespan. We need to refine our information filter based on what is essential.
