The Library's guest for the Spring 2023 Malloy Lecture in the Arts, held April 1 as the closing act of VersoFest Day 3, was Richard Butler, acclaimed painter and frontman for the Psychedelic Furs, in conversation with Rock 'n' Roll Hall or Famer Chris Frantz, drummer for Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club. The Malloy Lecture in the Arts is made possible by a generous contribution from the late Westport artist Susan Malloy.
